Disclosure: I am excited to partner with Dryel as an ambassador and have received free products and compensation for this post. All opinions are my own.
In all my years of personal shopping I can’t tell you how many times items hit the dressing room floor once the client took a look at the clothing care tag. “Dry clean only” was an almost certain death sentence for items that were just seconds before so perfect! It’s such a bummer to find a great clothing item that fits your frame and budget perfectly only to realize there’s just no way you’re going to keep up with the care. I get it, I really do!
Now let’s hit another touchy subject, what about all those clothes sitting at the bottom of the hamper that have to be hand washed? I can hear you groaning already! I’ve always got a pile of clothing just waiting for me to have some extra time to fill the sink (after I clean it, of course) and while I avoid it as long as possible, I’m also anxious about Brent getting that far into the laundry that he throws it in the machine before I can stop him! (Luckily I keep our laundry pile so deep he rarely gets to the bottom!)
Freedom with Dryel
What if there was a way that the clothing tag didn’t have to win? What if dry cleaning or hand washing wasn’t a death sentence? In the past few months I’ve fallen in love with Dryel and the freedom it’s given me to wear the clothes I want and not have to stress about the pile of laundry I inevitably won’t get to! Now it’s just as easy (maybe even easier!) as your regular laundry routine. Throw your items in the Dryel bag, add a cloth and toss in dryer! It really couldn’t be easier! (For more info on trying Dryel for the first time check out my last post here.)
Another reason to not be scared to wear what you want? These new Dryel pens! Fears of staining that special top or skirt are now alleviated with these easy to use treatment pens. Unlike other laundry pens the Dryel pens are safe to use on dry clean only clothing, delicates, and hand washable items! They’re easy to use too, you just need to remove any excess residue from the stain and place a napkin behind the fabric. Squeeze the pen and use the tip to scrub and remove the stain!
These pens are the perfect size to throw in your purse! Even easier? You can now get them on Amazon!
Have you tried Dryel? I’d love to know your thoughts!
