Ciate Paint Pots Nail Polish in Cha Cha Cha

ciate mini in cha cha cha

I couldn’t resist trying this immediately and it’s is so gorgeous on! And it’s the perfect end of summer shade. This is a mini version, but a regular size polish runs $15. Also, this dried crazy fast! (Money well spent!)

Oribe Surfcomber Tousled Texture Mousse

ORIBE Surfcomber Mousse

Another product that promises beachy waves, so we shall see! The mini mag suggests applying to dry hair (something I just learned about mousse!) so I’ll give it a try and report back! A full size version sells for $37, but this travel size (2.5 oz) sells for $21.50.

Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in Melted Peony

Too Faced Melted Lipstick

This is way more pink-y than I would ever pick out for myself but it’s actually a really pretty shade. It’s also not shiny or sticky at all, which is unusual for something in a tube! The mini mag does suggest applying it over exfoliated lips that have a bit of balm on them so it won’t look too dry. The full-size sells for $21.

Kate Somerville Dilo Oil Restorative Treatment

Kate Somerville Dilo Oil

I know skin oils are a big thing now, and I’ve tried it but not regularly. This face oil is supposed to help repair the skin barrier and boost moisture levels while firming the skin. A full size version sells for $65, but it seems like it would go far if you follow the recommended application tips.

Jane Iredale Longest Lash Thickening and Lengthening Mascara in Black Ice
jane iredale mascaraThis came at a perfect time because my current fave mascara (Arbonne’s It’s a Long Story) needs to be replaced with a new tube. So, I’m happy to try this sample for now! This petroleum-free and contains cellulose fibers to thicken and lengthen lashes. Can’t wait to try it! A full-size version sells for $33.
The Verdict: I paid $15 for this box and believe the value of the contents to be about $50. Not a bad return on my investment. None of the items were full-size but these are all really generous in size and I’m very happy! I may even have to try it another month just to be sure I’ve given it a fair try! :) If you want to try it for yourself, click the link on the right of my page. (It’s the bottom ad.) Just a heads up: tomorrow is the grand opening of the new West Elm store in OKC!

They’re having some great deals though the weekend and will be handing out some gorgeous special edition totes to the first 300 customers who spend $50 in store (which will certainly be easy to do!) I’ll give you some more information tomorrow, so stay tuned!!
