Yesterday I saw a post from Vogue, “Is It Time to Drop the Flip-Flop? AVogue Writer Takes a Stance”.
Anyone remember me saying thislast year? I’ve got to say, I still feel the same! Yes, wear your flip-flops to the beach, to Pilates class (where you’ll be removing them), and in the shower at the gym. But, please, quit treating them as a regular day shoe! Not only are they loud (what do you expect from foam or cardboard flapping on your heel?), there is nothing of style substance there. (Not to mention regular substance. Remember? Foam or cardboard.)
