October Trend Watch: Top 5 on ShopStyle

Love this? Share it!

Last month I highlighted a few of the most popular items on ShopStyle to see if what was popular lined up with my own taste. I figured it was worth another look in October, so let’s see what’s popular right now (and whether or not I like any of it!)

1. Velvet by Graham & Spencer Army Jacket ($148)

OK, I can get behind this first item! I love a good army jacket and though I’ve found a few myself that are more budget-friendly, this is a great option!

2. Old Navy Mid-Rise Ponte-Knit Leggings ($29.94)

Good leggings can be hard to find. They’re either too thin, too thick, or too expensive! Seeing this pair from Old Navy that’s so popular speaks well of this pair! Have you tried them?

3. Essie Essie Hors D’Oeuvres Special Effects Nail Polish ($9)

I’m in agreement on this one as well! This is a fun polish, Essie is a great brand, and this is under $10!

4. Theory Oaklane New Divided Open-Front Trench Coat ($795)

Pretty coat but will I be shelling out $800 for it? Nope. Try again.

5. Naturalizer Harbor Wide Calf Boots ($219)

This is a great pair of boots, and for those of us who need a wide-calf boot, they can be a little harder to find! This is such a classic style and should you decide to invest the $200+, I imagine you’ll get more than your money’s worth!

What did you think? Did any of these popular items line up with your own tastes?

Yay for wide calf boots! I HATE my wife calfs – they just don’t match the rest of my body. Thanks, genetics…

    1. Ha, I know what you mean! I’m always excited when I find cute wide calf boots!
