A little something fun today, I teamed up with some fellow Oklahoma fashion bloggers to bring you some St. Patrick’s Day inspiration! We are each sharing a fun green look so make sure you check out both Jaclyn & Courtney’s outfits and posts below!
You know those items you just can’t resist? For me, it’s a good jacket. Particularly, a good moto jacket.
I seriously can’t get enough. If I could get them in every color, I would. And I’m well on my way to getting there!
When I spotted this gorgeous green moto jacket recently I was sold. Luckily I discovered it would not require me to take out a loan, which I was pretty close to considering. :) I grabbed it (on sale!) and since I had a coupon it was even cheaper, making it close to $35, which is a STEAL, in my opinion.
This bright green color is perfect for St. Patrick’s day, but it will totally work all spring and summer long. (Actually I think it would be really gorgeous this winter too, so stay tuned for that!)
The Perfect Green Moto Jacket Outfit
There are definitely LOTS of ways you could style this jacket (and you should check back to see some more ideas next week, hint hint.) but today I’m going with a simple jeans and tee look.
With dark jeans and a perfect white tee, this look is simple but still so fun. Easy but polished are my favorite looks!
And it doesn’t hurt that this jacket makes my green eyes look even more green!
Also, aside from the shoes, everything in this outfit is still shoppable, not to mention, affordable!
And if green’s not really your favorite color, this jacket also comes in gray, pink, and beige.
Now, for my friends! I met both of these ladies at a recent conference I attended and we decided to collaborate on some outfit ideas. Maybe we should do more, this was fun! Let’s start with Jaclyn, of Adventures in Mascara. She has the prettiest green dress and I love the fit! Between the buttons and the waistline, I think this is such a cute dress! Plus, the color and pattern are great for so many seasons! See the rest of her look here and follow her on Instagram too! My friend, Courtney found the softest green cardigan and seriously, the price on that is enough to make you click over to see the rest! Make sure you check out her styling too, I know you all will approve. Follow Courtney on Instagram here.
Did you get any green inspiration from these outfits? Do you think we should do more collaborations in the future?
Now it’s your turn to tell me, what cute green things are you buying for spring? (And St. Patrick’s Day, of course.) Please yah me in your photos on Instagram too so I can see! (@jkstyle1)
