Happy Thursday, friends! Today we’re taking a look back at Lubka’s style! If you didn’t catch her the first time around (back in March of 2014), you’ve got another chance!
I’m totally international here at JK Style. I promise I didn’t plan it this way, but today I’ve got ANOTHER London girl! Maybe it’s a sign I should visit or something. (Noted.)
About Lubka:
My name is Lubka Christova, but my friends call me Lu. I’m a Web&Print graphic designer by profession (Loop Design) and a lifestyle blogger by passion (The Blog of one Balgarka). I’m coming from Bulgaria, but I’ve settled in my favourite European city – London. I’m blessed, because my work and my hobby are the two things I love doing the most. I love creating visual designs for websites and I spend hours on the Internet browsing through different websites to explore how they work and engage with the user. I’m happy that now I’m able to use my experience in creating my own virtual space. My blog is the place where I meet fellow bloggers and I have become friends with amazing women from all around the world.
Style Survey:
1. What was the last item of clothing you purchased?
The latest purchase I made online was a pair of knee high waterproof boots, because it’s been crazily raining in the past month. As soon as they arrived, it stopped raining, but I Like them so much that can’t stop wearing them anyway.
2. What is your favorite item in your closet?
Denim biker jacket from Dorothy Perkins. It’s so comfy and I really like its style and the fact that I can wear it in many different ways.
3. What trend do you just not get?
I’m very careful what I wear nowadays. You won’t me see wearing any crazy signs, sculls and other occult symbols. Just because something is trendy, it doesn’t mean it will be my choice.
4. What’s on your shopping list?
A pair of the Mojito shoes by Julian Jakes
5. Where would you go on a dream shopping spree?
United Nude. I’m crazy about shoes in general, but the guys from the United Nude make some of the most amazing shoes. I own only two pairs and I would gladly add more to my collection!
Outfit of Choice:
A night out outfit:
During the day I like chic casual style, but for a night out I prefer dressing in a more classy and feminine way. For the 2014 New Year celebration I wore a red silk dress from Mango, patterned tight and black with gold lace heels from Dorothy Perkins. I finished the look with a vintage necklace from my grandmother and an evening clutch from Julien Macdonald.
Thank you soo much Lubka! Not only am I crazy about those knee high boots, I’ve found several new shopping sites to explore!! Love it! If you’d like to be considered for “Real Girls, Real Style”, send me an email: Jamie@JKStyle.com
Thank you so much, Jamie! I really enjoyed reading the interview, too :)
I agree with your note – you should visit London. I would love meeting you over an afternoon tea with scones.
