I recently decided to launch a new series here called “Real Girls, Real Style”, in which I feature you! I want to feature girls from all over the world (yes, world!) so we can all get some new inspiration and ideas! Plus, you get to meet some really awesome women! Each featured guest will give a brief bio, answer a style survey, and then give us an outfit – either for daytime, a night out, or a “dream” outfit! My name is Jenna and I’m from a small town in Connecticut. Right now I currently waitress at two restaurants while going to school for business management, but as a hobby I love to blog! I launched a clothing line for a year, and gained wonderful experience for my next adventure in the industry. I have many favorite places to shop, mostly any store that sells a young contemporary style! When I’m not blogging or studying business and fashion, I love to play with my puppy Oscar, hangout with great friends, and joke around with my family.

1. What is the last item of clothing (or accessories) you purchased?
The last item I purchased was a black lace dress from Lauren Conrad’s collection. (as seen on my mannequin below)
2. What is your favorite item in your closet?
My favorite item(s) in my closet are all of my Seven For All Mankind jeans. Whether they’re skinnies, flare, or bootcut, they all form to my body so well and make for a perfect fit with any outfit! (below are my most recent Seven purchases)
3. What fashion trend do you just not get?
KITTEN HEELS!! Enough said.
4. What clothing/accessories item is on your shopping list?
Oye, tough question. If I’m being realistic, I need some new jeans for work. But what’s really on my mind is a pair of Christian Louboutin patent heels! (found the picture below on Google since I unfortunately don’t have a pair to take a picture of myself :( )
5. Where would you go on a dream shopping spree?
Wow, this is even toughter than the last question, haha! I would have to say Nordstrom because they have everything; shoes, purses, makeup, and stylish clothes. I mean, who doesn’t love Nordstrom, right!?
Daytime Outfit
I love this outfit so much! This outfit was in my Black Friday Haul video (which can be found here ). I would wear this on campus, or running errands, or even shopping. It’s a great outfit because if you take off the combat boots, throw on a pair of patent heels and freshen up your makeup, you’re ready for a night at the bar!
I love the last pic..it can even work for oldies like me (ahem.) Still working on getting my own groove back!
