We’re headed to the West Coast today to meet the lovely Casi today for Real Girls, Real Style! I’m loving Casi’s style and definitely need to get my hands on that bag she mentions! (This post was originally published in April of 2014.)
My name is Casi. I live in San Francisco, CA but I’m originally from the Midwest. I work as account executive for an advertising company by day and I’m a blogger and fashion enthusiast by night. Most of my shopping is done online, my go-to is ASOS. If I’m purchasing something a bit more expensive I’ll do it in person at a department store. I can roam around department stores for hours.
Right now blogging is my favorite hobby, but I’m also very into reading and writing. I love going out to new restuarants and concerts too. Check out my blog at http://tipandtink.com!
1. What was the last item of clothing you purchased?
I just bought a pair of Celine Audrey sunglasses. I love them.
2. What is your favorite item in your closet?
As of right now my favorite item in my closet is a vintage dress from the 70’s. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before, it almost looks like a costume!
3. What trend do you just not get?
I can’t really think of a trend I don’t like. There are certain people who can pull of anything if they’re confident enough. I’d have to say what I don’t like is when someone wears something just because its “in”. If it doesn’t come naturally, you can tell.
4. What’s on your shopping list?
I’m currently craving the DVF Wilma Patent Wedges:
and a Dylan Kain calf hair bag:
5. Where would you go on a dream shopping spree?
I’d definitely hit up a department store so I could get a good mix of everything. Neiman Marcus would be good.
Outfit of Choice:
Daytime Outfit (view more pictures here):
Top is from Zara, jeans from Gap, bag is Furla and pumps are Zara.
Thank you Casi! I love your style! I hope you guys will check out her site for more inspirations! Be sure to leave her nice comments here too!
