How to Wear

Friday Challenge

I’ve decided that Friday posts will be a take on the “how to wear one item several different ways”, so if you have an item you’d like me to use, let me know! And check out Polyvore to create your own looks! (For more info on any of the items below, just click the photo.)
I bought this skirt from Banana Republic back in January (I think it might be sold out now, here are some similar items) and absolutely love it.

It’s my go to right now when I want something classy and fun. Plus it’s crazy versatile and can be worn a million ways. I put together four different looks with this skirt that will take you from work to a fun night out. Take your pick!

This is something I’d definitely wear to work. Tuck in a white button down and throw on some heels and you are good to go. Add a fitted blazer if you have an important meeting or if your office is about 62 degrees year round like mine is. No joke.
For a more casual look, skip the heels and blazer and grab a more casual blouse or button down- try a chambray or lightweight denim.
Grab some flats and this is a great shopping outfit or what I would wear while on vacation. But again, I tend to overdress.

Here’s another outfit I’d wear to work, to church or to fun party or wedding/baby shower. It’s hard to venture from black, white and red when I love the look so much!
For a “fancier” evening take things up a notch with a touch of sheerness and gold.

I love that top so much. With the bow you need minimal accessories. A pair of simple earrings would be perfect.
To prove you can wear more than just black and white here are a few other tops I think would be great depending on your particular style/mood. What’s your favorite look?

Love it!!! Where do you find all the cute bags? Yes, I’m still obsessed with purses :)
