I mentioned a few weeks back that a dress had caught my eye at Kohls recently. It was a gorgeous mix of blues and purples and it reminded me of a painting my grandparents used to have hanging in their home when I was a kid. The price wasn’t exactly in my budget at the time I saw it (I’m always waiting on the best Kohls deal!) and it wasn’t long until it a) went on sale, b) I had a 30% coupon, and c) I had Kohls Cash to spend. I love when those all line up! Instead of paying $68 for this floral handkerchief dress, I got it for just $35!

My first thought was that this would be a great dress for an evening wedding. My only problem now is that I have no more weddings to attend this summer and no invites yet for the fall. Someone, invite me to your wedding! (It would be a great excuse to buy these shoes!)

This hem might seem a little too flirty for work but paired with a navy cardigan and nude accessories the look works perfectly!

A sleeveless dress doesn’t have to be stored in the fall! Grab your favorite jacket and voila! I love the idea of mixing tougher leather pieces with this floral print.

Next, I love pulling out the lighter blues in the dress with this fun blazer. Gold accessories and navy heels add to the outfit without competing for the spotlight!

Tired of wearing it as a dress? Try it as a skirt! Grab a black sweater and tall boots for a more fun look this fall and winter. Isn’t that bag amazing??
