Friday Favorites: July 28, 2017

I’m so happy it’s Friday! Today I’ve got my 19 week ultra-sound and I’m pretty excited to get a peek at this little baby! We’re still not planning to find out the gender so unless Brent has a sudden change of heart today hopefully the technician won’t let it slip! Before you get started on your weekend, here are a few of my Friday Favorites!

1. FREE M.A.C. Lipstick!

No joke, on Saturday (7/29) M.A.C. will be handing out free full-sized lipsticks to celebrate National Lipstick Day! That’s a holiday I think we can all get behind! You can pick up your free tube from M.A.C. stores or where M.A.C. products are sold, and as far as I can tell there’s no fine print or purchase necessary. Just free lipstick!

2. New Target Maternity Launch and My New Gig

Just in case you’re expecting, Target’s new Isabel Maternity by Ingrid & Isabel line hits stores and online Sunday. I’m pretty excited to check it out!

Speaking of expecting, I’ve just started a new free lance gig writing for the BabyCenter blog! My first post went up this week (you can check it out here) and I’ll be posting weekly. I’m quickly learning that writing for a much bigger site means 1) a lot of people will read what I write, and 2) not all of them will like it-and will let me know! Reading the Facebook comments when they shared the post on their page was…fun. I don’t think some of them got the humorous tone of the article. :)

3.  Be the Good Items on Sale

I just saw that these Be the Good products (like my bracelet above) were on sale this weekend!

You can use code BEGOOD17 to save 40% off on this line of products, making bags under $9, hats and bracelets under $15, and necklaces and tees under $17. Shipping is free too!

I hope you have a great weekend! I’m off to see my baby!
