Friday Favorites: April 13, 2018

Love this? Share it!

Didn’t we just enter April like, yesterday? How are we half-way through the month?? It’s been a good week in my world. Indy has been dealing with horrible, horrible eczema and after trying all kinds of things to treat it we saw the doctor Monday and are finally on the road to him feeling better! Not to mention, looking better too! Poor little guy! Now that he’s feeling better, Brent and I are both feeling better too! Let’s celebrate with some Friday Favorites!

1. Lazy Circles Screening TUESDAY!!

Lazy Circles OKC Premiere - JK Style

If you’re in the OKC area, I’d love for you to join me at the screening of my little brother’s television pilot at The Tower Theater! My older brother plays several characters in the show and I was very involved in the production as well (Just off-camera mostly! I do have a little cameo though!) Red carpet starts at 6 (but really, you don’t have to dress fancy, it’s just for fun!) and then the screening will start at 7, I think there will be some Q&A after too! It should be a fun night, the show is REALLY funny, so I’d love for you to see it!

2. Super soft tees (for super low prices)

OK, before you think I’ve lost my mind telling you about t-shirts (you know I’m not a t-shirt kind of girl), I DO in fact, wear t-shirts around the house and to sleep in! I did a Pinterest campaign for Walmart recently and got to try out some of their new Time and Tru line. I had ordered several items to try and one was a plain, gray, pocket tee. I didn’t need the tee for the photos I did and forgot about it until this week. I decided to wear it when I took Indy on a walk Monday and it’s really soft! Especially for a $9 shirt!

Time and Tru Jersey Tee - JK Style

It comes in a few different colors too – red, blue, and purple. I might be picking up a few more of these, this is exactly the type of tee I like to work out in or layer.

3. This cheap eye mask!

Clean and Clear Night Relaxing Jelly mask - JK Style

I added this jelly mask to my Target order the other night on a whim (that free shipping from having a Red Card means I’m ordering from Target pretty frequently!) and tried it Monday night while I took a bath. I really liked it! I definitely looked much more rested when I woke up Tuesday, so I’ll take that any day! These masks are under $3 and you just wear it for 15 minutes and then rub the residue into your skin when done. Pretty easy! I’ll be adding more of these to my shopping cart for sure!

That’s all I’ve got for today, hope you have a GREAT weekend!
