I had one goal for Christmas this year: don’t get sick! I’ve been sick the past couple of years on Christmas and was determined to feel good and not want to sleep through Christmas Eve dinner this year! I’m happy to report I made it through the holidays without the help of Dayquil! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas season and are ready for a great new year!
I thought I’d share a few of my fashion-related gifts again this year. I’d love to hear what you received this year too!
A closer view at the sequinned fringe bag, it’s gorgeous!
Jewelry:
I’m in love with this adorable Kendra Scott initial pendant!
I might have bought these Limited earrings for myself and slipped them into my stocking. I was very surprised Christmas morning! :)
My sister-in-law gave me this gorgeous necklace from the Noonday Collection. (You can read a little more about them here.) I love this bold color and know I’ll wear this a lot!
And I’m pretty much in love with these crawler earrings! I found them at Lion & Witch in Dallas recently and forgot my mom bought them for me! I can’t wait to wear them!
Another “surprise” for myself! It doesn’t look like they’re available online, but I did still see them in my local Kohls just a couple of days ago! (They’re SimplyVera by Vera Wang brand.)
I might have subtly hinted to my husband that I adored this pleated faux leather skirt. Somehow he found it! (It might have been the detailed description, brand, size, and exact location of where to find it in the store I gave him.) Similar skirt here.
I also found this faux leather tunic at Lion & Witch several weeks back. I don’t know that it’s available online anywhere, but the brand is Ontwelfth.

And it’s just not Christmas unless I buy myself more things, right? I can’t wait to try these Peter Thomas Roth masks and enjoy my Lush bubble bath bar!
That’s pretty much most of the style-related gifts I received. If you were wondering if I received tools this year, you’ll be happy to know I did! (See Christmases of years past.) Drill bits, pliers and ratchet sets, oh my!
As much as I love celebrating Christmas, I’m just as happy to be into January and starting a new year! I’ve got lots of fun things planned for JK Style in 2016 and I hope you’ll come around occasionally to check them out! Make sure you check back on Thursday for my birthday giveaway!!
