It’s been about a year since I last shared my night skin care routine, so I thought it was time for an update! While I still have and use all the products I was using this time last year on occasion, my current every-day routine is a bit different!
If you’re a visual learner/reader, I also made a short video sharing the same info. It’s down at the bottom of the post so feel free to scroll on down! If you’re more into text/photos, I’ve got you. :)

My Night Skin Care Routine
It all starts with getting makeup off my face! (Though if you watch the video you’ll see there’s an added first step there, ha!) I always hate taking off makeup and even though I know it doesn’t take that long, it feels like forever. I’ve started using this makeup removing towel and the whole process now seems so much faster!
1. The Original Makeup Eraser Towel
I get this towel really wet and then gently wipe my makeup off. (You can learn more about it in this full review I did.) It takes less than a minute and works really well!
2. Garnier Micellar Water
If I feel like there’s still some makeup build-up, particularly bits of mascara, I’ll do a quick swipe of a cotton pad with this Micellar water. I’m still a huge fan of this stuff!
3. CeraVe Night Cream
I’ve been using this CeraVe night cream for a couple of months now and so far, so good! Remember how this is supposed to be a good dupe for that $128 face cream people love? I couldn’t resist trying it for myself. (The CeraVe, NOT the $128 cream!)
While I don’t really have too many fine lines/wrinkles to begin with (thanks, Mom for the genes), I do use it as more of a preventative measure. Let me know if you try it and what your experience is!
4. Nooni Applebutter Lip Mask
I saw Eva Chen mention this lip mask on Instagram and I’m usually on board with any of her recommendations. I really do notice a big difference in my lips the next morning and it’s really been helping me not pick at my lips so much. Would definitely recommend.
And that’s my night skin care routine, as of late. It’s quick, simple, and my skin seems to agree with it. Now, how about you? What’s in your nighttime beauty routine?
